In addition to the procurement of bulk raw materials, in order to ensure that our suppliers provide safe and secure products, we require our suppliers to obtain accreditations from ISO, HACCP, AIB, HALAL, or FSSC. Some of our suppliers have also obtained other international accreditations such as RSPO and FSC. Any direct, indirect and packing materials required for production or packing are purchased by the procurement department of the respective production site after assessing raw material and supplier risks. Procurement policies have been established in accordance with local regulations, while issues concerning food safety and traceability are also being addressed properly.
Qualified suppliers of good quality are selected by Namchow Group through a fair, reasonable, and efficient supplier management process. We also make sure that all raw materials and packaging have reliable suppliers and good quality. Lower costs help to improve product competitiveness.

In selecting supplier partners, we prioritize those that hold international certifications such as ISO 22000 and HACCP, as well as environmentally friendly product certifications such as Traceability Certification and Organic Product Certification. In 2024, 39 suppliers from our food ingredient sources were certified under these standards, accounting for 34.51% of all suppliers. With the growing awareness of food safety, we have embedded supplier management, self-inspection, and both scheduled and unannounced audits into our daily operations to ensure the consistent quality and safety of all ingredients. Through these efforts, we aim to provide every customer with peace of mind and confidence in enjoying our cuisine.

BLN Restaurants & Caterings primarily considers supplier qualifications, integrity, product quality, stable supply, and reasonable price during supplier screening and selection. The company would conduct market research on the goods required by the kitchen (compare at least three suppliers), compare product qualities, price advantages, supply capability, and company reputation before selecting the right supplier. An annual check is conducted by logging into the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System to verify the credit status of Paulaner’s 40 key suppliers for the current year. This check includes investigating whether they have faced any administrative penalties or have been listed on the blacklist for serious violations or dishonesty.
